4x4 Lid Covers warrants that it will, at its option, replace or repair each product that you purchase which, during the Warranty Period, has a defect in the material or workmanship under normal use and conditions.
In order to claim this warranty, you must contact 4X4 Lid Covers by email on wetsuit_seatcovers@bigpond.com
Under this warranty, and unless 4X4 Lid Covers otherwise agrees in writing, the customer will bear the cost of claiming, including the cost of returning the product to 4X4 Lid Covers.
This warranty only applies to Neoprene (Wetsuit material) Lid Covers.
The product warranty does not apply in the following cases:
1. If the product is damaged by accident or,
2. If the product is damaged by misuse and ill-handling or,
3. If the product is damaged due to product abuse not arising from material or workmanship or
4. If the product is damaged due to everyday wear and tear.
This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies that the consumer may have under State or Federal legislation.
